DULCE DE LECHE ALFAJORES


 Shortbread-like biscuits sandwiched between dulce de leche filling

INGREDIENTS
Cornflour, gluten-free plain flour, sugar, free-range eggs (egg*), desiccated coconut, dulce de leche (35%) (milk*, sugar, vanilla essence).

LEMON & LIME ALFAJORES

INGREDIENTS
Cornflour, plain gluten-free flour, sugar, free range eggs (egg*), butter (milk*), lemon juice (7%), lime zest (3%), desiccated coconut.

HAZELNUT GANACHE & PISTACHIO ALFAJORES

Shortbread sandwich biscuits with hazelnut and cocoa flavour filling

INGREDIENTS
Cornflour, plain gluten-free flour, sugar, free-range eggs*, hazelnut spread with cocoa (30%) (sugar, sustainable palm oil, hazelnuts*, fat-reduced cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk*), emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring), ground roasted pistachio* nuts (13%).

SHELF-LIFE
Our alfajores are made to order, usually baked a day before or in the morning of shipping.  For outmost indulgence, consume within 5 days from receipt, although they can keep fresh at room temperature for up to 8 days. They can be frozen on the day of receipt and last up to one month.

ORDERING & DELIVERY
We bake our products on demand. Orders must be placed before 1pm GMT (Monday to Thursday) to be delivered 2-3 days after in the UK (delivery dates will vary in Europe). Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. For collection at Ripley Farmers' Market, please place your order the Thursday prior the market by latest 1pm. Once your order is received, we will contact you to confirm delivery dates.
