South-American Christmas Indulgence
There is nothing better than discovering cultures and exchanging culinary traditions, especially when you have multi-cultural family and friends.
At home, it isn't Christmas without the traditional and tasty festive South-American food. There are 3 things that are a must throughout the festivities:
1. Pan de Jamon (Venezuelan Ham Bread)
This handmade ham bread is a crucial element in our Christmas table. The soft and slightly sweet bread is stuffed with smoked ham, bacon slices, red pepper stuffed olives and raisins.
Our sustainable and eco-friendly ham comes wrapped in a reusable beeswax wrap, handmade in the UK.
2. Ponche Crema (Venezuelan Eggnog)
Rich, velvety and naughty, Ponche Crema is the ideal drink for long chats with friends, distinguished guests or for family enjoyment during the festive period. This drink is a Venezuelan Christmas tradition equivalent to eggnog.
This year, we have turned them into elegant Christmas baubles, ready to decorate the Christmas tree, be gifted to foodie friends/family or even as stocking-fillers or Secret Santa!
3. Festive Alfajores
These melt-in-your-mouth, naturally gluten-free biscuits, are sandwiched around a velvety Christmassy flavoured filling: cinnamon, ginger and cardamon ganache. An adventurous and cheeky adaptation of the original dulce de leche filled version.

Come and experience these indulgent treats at Cobham Surrey Market (Saturday 22/12) or order online for your stocking fillings, your Secret Santa or gift original presents to your foodie friends and family.
